Private customers: Pay before delivery or pay after delivery as you like in purchase on account.

How would you like to pay?
If you select purchase on account in the payment methods, you can also pay only after delivery.
It was very important to us to provide this option of deferred payment not only to business, companies, public institutions and health care, doctors, pharmacies, but also to private customers in Germany, who order for themselves or their family or friends. 

For private customers, in our experience, it is quite important to make sure that the delivery address in the order matches the address of the person placing the order. Unfortunately, the IT system behind it does not usually do more than that. After all, IT must be able to identify the private customer. This is done with the minimum possible means via the date of birth, the address usually.

Of course, Paypal, credit card payment, bank transfer, etc. all other usual payment methods are open to you.

Corporate customers, hospitals, pharmacies, doctors, nursing homes, daycare centers, public institutions and other public institutions can also purchase online.

You can submit the order or purchase order directly to us digitally in the checkout process. "Purchase on account" we offer like the other payment methods directly in the checkout. However, you can also write us an email, send a fax or even call us.
